Hair Conditioning Tips for Youth

You don't need fancy, expensive haircare products and conditioners to make your hair shiny and
beautiful. With a few simple ingredients you can probably find in your kitchen like curd. You
can get a full, healthy mane of shiny tresses. Whether your hair is dry or oily, the right
conditioning treatment can restore the shine.

Well this is useful for most of the people i believe. So Check this out.

Stabilise an oily scalp:

To condition flat oily hair, start with a cup of curd, then add in a few drops of lime juice and an egg white. Whip the ingredients together and apply the mixture to your hair and scalp. The egg whites and lime juice will help stabilise your hair without adding to the oiliness.

Moisturise dry hair:

To tame and condition dry hair, add a tablespoon of oil and an egg yolk to a cup of curd, and leave it on your hair and scalp for at least three hours (longer if your hair is thick). Shampoo as usual.

Oil your hair:

Warm your favourite hair oil until it is slightly hot to the touch, then massage it into your scalp. Leave the treatment on your hair for at least an hour, then wrap your head with wet, hot towels for at least five minutes. Finally, rinse your hair with warm water.

Mix in some lemon and egg:

Beat together a few tablespoons of lemon juice and a whole egg, leave it on your hair for at least 15 minutes before you rinse it. This conditioning will help you add shine to dull hair.

Try Henna:

Once a month, take a cup of henna powder and mix in a tablespoon of lime juice and a whole egg. If the mixture is still too thick, you can add in a few spoonfuls of curd until it's easy to spread. Apply the henna conditioner to your hair and scalp and leave it on until it begins to harden and dry. Then shampoo your hair.
